개인정보처리방침

이서(이하 "Aether")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 원활하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.

1. 처리 목적

  • 주문 접수, 결제, 제작, 배송, 교환·환불

  • 작품 보증서(COA) 발행과 에디션 대장(소장 이력) 관리

  • 문의 응대와 회원 계정 운영

  • 법령상 의무 이행

  • 뉴스레터 발송(동의한 경우에 한함)

2. 처리 항목

  • 주문 시: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 배송지·청구지 주소, 주문 내역

  • 결제 정보: 카드 결제는 PayApp, 계좌이체는 IBK기업은행 안심이체, 해외 결제는 PayPal이 처리하며, Aether는 카드번호를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다.

  • 회원 가입·로그인 시: 이메일, 계정 정보

  • 문의 시: 이름, 이메일, 문의 내용

  • 자동 수집: 쿠키, 접속 기록, 기기·브라우저 정보

3. 보유 기간

  • 계약 또는 청약철회 기록, 대금 결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년(전자상거래법)

  • 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년(전자상거래법)

  • 에디션 대장의 구매자 기록: 작품의 진위와 소장 이력 확인을 위해 보관하며, 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

  • 회원 정보: 탈퇴 시까지 · 뉴스레터: 수신 동의 철회 시까지

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

Aether는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다. 정보는 주문·이용 시점에 네트워크로 전송되며, 위탁 계약이 끝나거나 위 보유 기간이 지나면 파기됩니다.

  • Squarespace, Inc.(미국): 웹사이트 운영, 구매 문의·주문 관리, 이메일 발송 — 주문·회원·접속 정보 전체

  • (주)유디아이디 PayApp(대한민국): 카드 결제 처리 — 이름, 전화번호, 결제 금액

  • IBK기업은행(대한민국): 계좌이체 구매안전서비스(안심이체) — 이름, 연락처, 결제 금액

  • PayPal(미국 등): PayPal 결제를 선택한 경우의 결제 처리 — 이름, 이메일, 주문 금액

  • Memberstack(미국): 회원 로그인 — 이메일, 계정 정보

  • 우체국 등 배송업체(대한민국): 국내·해외 배송 — 이름, 주소, 전화번호

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 주문과 회원 가입을 하지 않으시면 됩니다. 다만 위 처리는 주문을 처리하는 데 꼭 필요하므로, 거부하시면 구매가 불가능합니다.

5. 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. info@aetherwork.co.uk로 요청하시면 10일 이내에 처리합니다.

7. 쿠키

사이트 운영과 이용 분석을 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 일부 기능(장바구니 등)이 제한될 수 있습니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

관리자 계정 접근을 대표자로 제한하고, 결제 정보는 결제대행사와 은행만 처리하도록 하며, 개인정보가 담긴 파일은 접근이 제한된 곳에 보관합니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Iseo (이서), trading as Aether, Seoul, handles your personal data. For customers in the UK or EEA it also serves as our UK GDPR / GDPR notice; Iseo is the controller.

What we collect

  • Orders: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details

  • Payments are processed by PayApp (cards, in Korea), IBK Industrial Bank of Korea (bank transfer with purchase protection) or PayPal; we never receive or store your card number

  • Accounts: email and account details · Enquiries: name, email, message

  • Automatically: cookies, log data, device and browser information

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To take, make, ship and support your order — performance of a contract

  • To keep transaction records required by law — legal obligation

  • To keep the edition register that records who owns each numbered print, so authenticity and provenance can be verified — legitimate interests

  • To send our newsletter — consent, which you can withdraw at any time

Who processes it

Squarespace, Inc. (USA: website, orders and enquiries, email), PayApp by UDID Co., Ltd. (Korea: card payments), IBK Industrial Bank of Korea (Korea: bank-transfer purchase protection), PayPal (where you choose PayPal), Memberstack (USA: member login) and postal and courier services such as Korea Post (delivery). Some of these providers are outside Korea, the UK and the EEA; transfers rely on the providers' own contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Transaction records for 5 years and complaint records for 3 years, as Korean e-commerce law requires; edition-register entries for as long as the work circulates, unless you ask us to delete them; account and newsletter data until you close the account or unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or receive a copy. Email info@aetherwork.co.uk and we will respond within 10 days. In the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
