Aether는 이서가 운영하는 아틀리에 브랜드입니다.

2. 주문과 계약

결제가 완료되고 주문 확인 이메일이 발송되면 계약이 성립합니다. 표시 가격은 원화(KRW) 기준이며, 해외 고객에게는 인보이스에 결제 통화와 금액을 따로 안내합니다. 결제는 카드(PayApp 결제 링크)나 계좌이체(IBK기업은행 안심이체)로 할 수 있고, 해외 고객은 PayPal 인보이스로 결제합니다.

3. 에디션과 진품 보증

모든 프린트는 한정 에디션으로, 작가의 친필 서명과 번호, ATH 압인이 들어가며 작품 보증서(COA)가 함께 발송됩니다. 상품 페이지에 표시된 에디션 수량을 넘겨 출력하지 않습니다.

4. 저작권

저작권이 인정되는 범위에서 저작권과 복제권은 작가에게 있으며, 작품을 구매해도 이전되지 않습니다. 작품 이미지를 상업적으로 복제하거나 배포하려면 사전 서면 허락이 필요합니다.

5. 제작과 배송

  • 국내 배송은 무료이며, 해외 배송은 EMS 권역별 요금을 결제 전에 안내합니다. 단, 액자 작품은 국내·해외 모두 크기와 배송지에 따라 배송비를 주문 전에 따로 안내합니다.

  • 주문 후 제작하는 상품은 상품 페이지에 안내된 제작·발송 일정을 따릅니다.

  • 해외 주문 시 수입 관세·부가세 등은 구매자가 부담합니다(DDU).

  • 작품의 소유권은 결제 완료 시, 파손·분실 위험은 배송 완료 시 구매자에게 넘어갑니다.

6. 주문 취소와 반품

주문 후 제작하는 상품 — 상품 페이지에 주문 후 제작(made to order)으로 표시된 프린트와 모든 액자 옵션은 주문을 받은 뒤 개별적으로 제작합니다.

  • 제작을 시작하기 전까지는 취소하고 전액 환불받을 수 있습니다.

  • 제작을 시작한 뒤에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 및 같은 법 시행령 제21조에 따라 단순 변심에 의한 취소·반품이 제한됩니다. 이 내용은 결제 전에 별도로 알리고 동의를 받습니다.

이미 출력된 프린트 — 주문 후 제작으로 표시되지 않은 액자 없는 프린트는 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 반품할 수 있습니다.

  • 작품, 보증서, 포장이 받은 상태 그대로여야 합니다.

  • 단순 변심에 의한 반품 배송비는 구매자가 부담합니다.

7. 파손·불량·오배송

받은 작품이 배송 중 파손되었거나, 출력 불량이 있거나, 주문과 다른 경우 무상으로 다시 제작하거나 전액 환불합니다. 받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 알려주시면 되며, 이때 배송비는 판매자가 부담합니다. 빠른 처리를 위해 외부 상자, 내부 포장, 작품 사진을 함께 보내주세요.

8. 환불

반품된 작품을 받은 날(또는 취소가 확정된 날)부터 3영업일 이내에 결제하신 수단으로 환불합니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 해외 소비자는 거주 국가의 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 권리를 그대로 가집니다.

Terms of Sale & Returns

2. Orders

A contract is formed when payment is complete and we send your order confirmation. Prices are set in South Korean won (KRW); for international customers, the invoice states the currency and amount to pay. You can pay by card (PayApp payment link) or by bank transfer with IBK purchase protection; customers outside Korea pay by PayPal invoice.

3. Editions and authenticity

Every print is a limited edition, hand-signed, numbered and blind-embossed with the ATH seal, and ships with a certificate of authenticity. No prints are made beyond the edition stated on the product page.

4. Copyright

To the extent copyright subsists, copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist and do not pass with the purchase of a print.

5. Production and delivery

  • Delivery within Korea is free; international orders ship by EMS at the zone rate quoted before payment. Framed works are the exception: delivery, within Korea or abroad, is quoted separately before you order.

  • Made-to-order items follow the production and dispatch timing stated on the product page.

  • International orders ship DDU: import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.

  • Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

6. Cancellations and returns

Made-to-order items — prints marked "made to order" and all framed items are produced individually after you order. You may cancel for a full refund until production begins. Once production has begun, they cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind; we ask you to confirm this before payment.

Prints already in stock — unframed prints not marked "made to order" may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with the certificate. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the buyer.

7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we will remake it or refund you in full, including postage. Please tell us within 30 days of discovering the problem, with photos of the outer box, inner wrapping and work.

8. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return or confirming the cancellation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you buy as a consumer outside Korea, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
